The San Juan Police Department will be joining municipal, county, and state law enforcement agencies by participating in No Refusal Weekend for the Labor Day holiday.No Refusal Weekend begins on Thursday, August 31st, and will run through Monday, September 4th.If you are pulled over under suspicion of drunk driving and refuse to provide a breath sample, you will be subject to blood testing.
