The San Juan community can have peace of mind when traveling this holiday season; San Juan PD will be looking for drunk drivers.
For those who decide to drive and are pulled over and arrested for driving under the influence, the officer will ask for your blood or breath. If you refuse, the officer will obtain a blood search warrant and obtain your blood as evidence, and you will spend the night behind bars.
The San Juan Police Department has zero tolerance for intoxicated drivers; if you are going to drink and need to drive, get an Uber, Lyft, taxi, or find a designated driver.
It’s simple: find a sober driver, or one will find you.
